Essential qualifications and ideal candidate qualities
Ability to work US time zones (night/overnight shifts in Vietnam time) with reliable attendance
Fluent English and Vietnamese with clear, confident phone presence. Ability to navigate complex conversations with ease in both languages.
Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or virtual assistant roles. Insurance or finance background is a significant advantage.
